Two notices were published in the Government Gazette on Friday (5 February) regarding the winding up process of former Singapore bunker supplier Panoil Petroleum Pte Ltd and its related entity Pan Energy Pte Ltd.
According to the notice, a meeting of creditors will be held electronically for both companies on the same day but at different times.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, 18 February; Pan Energy’s meeting will be at 10.00 am while Panoil’s meeting will be held at 11.00 am.
