The Aalborg court in Denmark will be issuing judgement of Lars Moller, the former CEO of OW Bunker subsidiary firm Dynamic Oil Trading, on Wednesday afternoon.
“On Thursday, the preliminary final hearing was held in criminal proceedings against a former director of OW Bunker,” said a statement from the Court of Aalborg.
“The court has brought the case to judgment that will be delivered at a hearing on Wednesday, 30 May 2018 at 12.30pm.”
The Danish financial paper Finans, reports that Moller will not be present at the court hearing.
