NewOcean announces change of address of HK Branch Share Registrar and Transfer office

Hong Kong-listed NewOcean Energy Holdings Limited on Friday (22 July) said the company’s Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar and Transfer Office, Tricor Services Limited, will change its address from Level 54, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Hong Kong to:

17/F, Far East Finance Centre,
16 Harcourt Road,
Hong Kong.

All telephone and facsimile numbers of the Branch Share Registrar will remain unchanged.

NewOcean Energy is currently in court for a winding up petition filed against the company by the Hongkong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC).

Manifold Times on 11 July, reported the winding up petition was adjourned by the Bermuda Court to 2 September 2022.
