Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore appoints new Port Master

Capt Chong Jia Chyuan has been appointed as the Port Master of MPA and Capt Shawn Hoe Yong Cheng has also been appointed as a Deputy Port Master of MPA.
The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) on Friday (29 October) released Port Marine Circular No. 041 of 2021 announcing new appointments.
APPOINTMENT OF PORT MASTER
This circular supersedes Port Marine Circular No. 06 of 2017.
We are pleased to inform you that Capt Chong Jia Chyuan has been appointed as the Port Master of MPA with effect from 1 November 2021.
Capt Charles Alexandar De Souza remains as a Deputy Port Master of MPA. In addition, Capt Shawn Hoe Yong Cheng has also been appointed as a Deputy Port Master of MPA, with effect from 1 November 2021.
