According to the notice, the Final Meeting of the members of the company will be held on Friday, 26 March 2021 at 10.30 am at 600 North Bridge Road, #05-01 Parkview Square, Singapore 188778.
The meeting is being held in order to lay out the finalized accounts to the company’s members, showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and an opportunity to hear any explanations that may be given by the appointed Liquidators.
