Heavy lift, breakbulk and project cargoes maritime transportation firm Zeamarine Singapore Pte Ltd, is voluntarily winding up, according to a public notice posted on the Government Gazette on Friday (24 April).
All creditors of Zeamarine Singapore should file their proof of debt with the Liquidators who will be administering all affairs of the company by 25 May, it said.
All debts due to the company should be also forwarded to the Liquidators.
