A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Tuesday (27 April) regarding the voluntary liquidation of H.L. Shipping & Containers Pte Ltd.
According to the notice, creditors of the company are required to send their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the name and address of the solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator by Thursday, 24 May 2021.
Creditors may be notified in writing by the Liquidator and to come in and prove the said debts or claims by their solicitor or in person or risk being excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
