A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Tuesday (27 April) 5pm SGT regarding the voluntary liquidation of F.H. Bertling Venezia Shipping Pte Ltd.
According to the notice, the final meeting of the company will be held on Friday, 28 May 2021 at 80 Robinson Road, #02-00, Singapore 068898 at 1000 hours.
The purpose of the meeting is to have an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
Any member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.
