The liquidators of Shell Eastern Investments on 4 June published a note on the Government Gazette informing creditors to send their debts or claims before 5 July 2021.
Shell Eastern Investments is being voluntarily wound up and as such, creditors are required on or before 5 July 2021 to send their names and addresses, full particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidators.
The liquidators in turn will send a notice in writing to the creditors if required, and creditors will have to prove their said debts or claims at a time and place as specified by the liquidators.
Creditors can do so personally or send their solicitors. If they do not prove their debts, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
