Baltic Exchange: Bunker Report (25 January, 2024)

The following bunker report has been provided by freight market information provider Baltic Exchange for post on Singapore bunkering publication Manifold Times:

Commentary:

Marine fuel prices are overall slightly up, but mainly within a few percentage points +/- week on week. HSFO in Fujairah remains subject to availability, and the US Gulf Coast region has weather-related delays which may impact delivery commitments. Supply is consistent, and VLSFO pricing is up ~4% vs last week, but potential flooding and severe rain may create numerous port & logistic delays in Tx/La.
