High Court of Singapore issues winding up order against Bright Sail Shipping

The High Court of Singapore issued a winding up order to Bright Sail Shipping Pte Ltd on 23 October, according to a Thursday (5 November) notice on the Government Gazette.
The winding up application was filed by a creditor, Sino East Asia Pte Ltd, on 22 September.
The winding up order also included the following names and address of liquidator:

CARE OF FINOVA ADVISORY PTE LTD
182 Cecil Street
#23-02 Frasers Tower
Singapore 069547
All creditors of the company should file their proof of debt with the liquidator who will be administering all affairs of the company.
According to the SGPBusiness website, the company’s principal activity is shipping and chartering of ships or boats with crew.
