Sea Oil Petroleum boosts Singapore team with new Bunker Trader

Gordon Chng comes from a commodity trading background and manages clients from Asia to Europe.

Singapore-based bunker trading firm Sea Oil Petroleum Pte Ltd (Sea Oil), a wholly owned subsidiary of Thailand-listed Sea Oil Public Company Limited, has welcomed Gordon Chng to the company.

Gordon joined Sea Oil in early 2026 and recently completed his probation period in June, according to Steve Goh, Head of Trading, Sea Oil.

“Gordon came from a commodity trading background and is relatively new to Bunker Trading,” noted Mr Goh.

“However, he has proven himself in the last few months adapting well to his new role, managing clients from Asia to Europe.

“With his background in commodities and his positive character and nature, Gordon is a great fit to our growing team.”
