Sing Fuels launches desks to expand offshore and alternative bunker fuel capabilities

Singapore’s homegrown bunker trader Sing Fuels on Thursday (16 April) announced the launch of its dedicated New Fuels and Offshore Desks, expanding its focus on specialised offshore execution and structured alternative fuel readiness.
The company said the initiative strengthens Sing Fuels’ ability to serve increasingly complex energy requirements as offshore markets remain active and marine fuel pathways continue to evolve globally.
The Offshore Desk will support energy operations across established and emerging offshore regions worldwide.
Leveraging its global presence across more than 350 ports, Sing Fuels will engage in projects where operational expertise, supplier alignment and disciplined credit oversight create measurable commercial value. The desk enhances execution depth in segments that demand precision, coordination, and reliable supply across conventional and transitional fuels.
Complementing this, the New Fuels Desk will oversee supplier integration and commercial preparedness for lower-carbon and alternative marine fuel solutions. As policy direction progresses under the International Maritime Organization’s MEPC framework, Sing Fuels is aligning internal capabilities to support future adoption.
The focus is on practical implementation, technical viability, and commercially sustainable fuel pathways that enable customers to navigate the transition with confidence.
The launch builds on the strategic direction established with Sing Fuels’ Sustainability Desk, which defined the brand’s long-term approach toward energy transition and responsible growth. The New Fuels and Offshore Desks advance that progression by strengthening specialised execution in offshore markets while reinforcing readiness for emerging fuel frameworks.
