High Court of Singapore issues winding up order against Global Maritime Shipping Pte Ltd

The High Court of Singapore issued a winding up order to Global Maritime Shipping Pte Ltd on 17 March, according to a Tuesday (31 March) notice on the Government Gazette.
The winding up application was filed by a creditor, Dava Pte Ltd, on 5 November last year.
The winding up order also included the following names and address of liquidators:
Mr. Gary Loh Weng Fatt and Mr. Dev Kumar Harish Nandwani
BDO Advisory Pte. Ltd.
600 North Bridge Road
#23-01 Parkview Square
Singapore 188778
All creditors of the abovenamed company should file their proof of debt with the liquidator who will be administering all affairs of the company.
According to Global Maritime Shipping’s website, the company offers services including shipbuilding, marine consultation, project management and ship operation.
