An application for the winding up of Delta Corp Shipping Pte Ltd was filed by Arte Bunkering Pte Ltd in the General Division of the High Court of the Republic of Singapore on 5 June, according to a Friday (20 June) notice on the Government Gazette.

Arte Bunkering Pte Ltd is the Singapore branch of Tallinn-based bunker and marine lube trading company Arte Bunkering OÜ, which was set up in 2020. 

Manifold Times previously reported the Singapore office handling bunkering requirements for Arte Bunkering’s existing clients stemming bunkers at Asian ports (including China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea and Singapore).

It noted the winding up application is directed to be heard before the Judge sitting in the General Division of the High Court at 10am on 27 June.

Any party desiring to support or oppose the making of an order on the winding up application may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose.

A copy of the papers filed in the application will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the Delta Corp Shipping on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

The Applicant’s address is 14 Robinson Road, #08-01A, Far East Finance Building, Singapore 048545.

The Applicant’s solicitors are TSMP Law Corporation of 6 Battery Road, Level 5, Six Battery Road, Singapore 049909.

Note: Any person who intends to appear on the hearing of the Application must serve or send by post to the abovenamed TSMP LAW CORPORATION a notice in writing of his intention to do so. The notice must state the name and address of the person, or if a firm, the name and address of the firm, and must be signed by the person, firm or his or their solicitor (if any). Unless otherwise directed by the Court, the notice must be served, or if sent by post, must be posted in such sufficient time as in the ordinary course of post to reach the address of the aforementioned TSMP LAW CORPORATION by 23 June 2025.

Manifold Times previously reported an application for the winding up of Delta Corp Shipping Pte Ltd filed by a creditor of the company, Raiser International Shipping Co Limited.

The final meeting for Tiger LNG Shipping Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 29 June, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Friday (29 May) on the Government Gazette.

The meetings will be held at 10.30am at 190 Middle Road #17-05 Fortune Centre Singapore 188979. 

The meeting is being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.
