Singapore: Final meetings scheduled for Celebes Lines Pte Ltd and related companies

Meetings will be held via audio visual communication on 30 June at 10am (Celebes Lines), 11am (Thong Yong 2000 Marine) and 12 pm (Thong Yong International ), according to Government Gazette notice.
The final meetings of Celebes Lines Pte Ltd and related companies have been scheduled to take place on 30 June, according to the company’s joint and several liquidators on a notice posted on Monday (29 May) on the Government Gazette.
The other companies are Thong Yong 2000 Marine Pte Ltd and Thong Yong International Pte Ltd.
The meetings will be held at the following times via audio visual communication on 30 June 2023:
- Celebes Lines at 10am
- Thong Yong 2000 Marine at 11am
- Thong Yong International at 12pm
The meetings are being held for the purposes of:
- Having an account laid before the Member and Creditors showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Companies disposed of,
- And hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators and
- To consent to the release of the Liquidators upon the dissolution of the Companies and thereby discharge them from all liabilities in respect of any act done or default made by them in the administration of the affairs of the Companies.
