Singapore: Creditors’ final meeting scheduled for K.S. Marine Pte Ltd

The final meeting of K.S. Marine Pte Ltd has been organised by its liquidators, states a Friday (15 July) notice posted on the Government Gazette.
The meeting for the creditors of the company will be held on 16 August 2022 at 4.00 pm by electronic means.
The liquidators stated the meeting is to be held for the purposes of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidators.
