Otto Ship Management Pte Ltd to hold creditors meeting

The meeting will be held at the office of financial advisory KordaMentha to resolve that the Liquidator’s fees and disbursements for the liquidation be approved.
Financial advisory firm KordaMentha, appointed liquidators to Otto Ship Management Pte Ltd on Friday (24 July) said, a Meeting of Creditors will be held at its office at 16 Collyer Quay #30-01, Singapore 049318 and by teleconference on Friday, 7 August 2020 at 10:00am.
The purpose of the meeting is to resolve that the Liquidator’s fees and disbursements for the liquidation be approved, it said.
The notice published by the Government Gazette specified that:
- Creditors may vote either in person or by proxy. To be valid, proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Company not later than 4:00pm on Thursday, 6 August 2020.
- To entitle you to vote thereat, your proof of debt, if not already lodged, must be lodged with me not later than 4:00pm on Thursday, 6 August 2020.
- Proof of Debt Forms and General and Special Proxy Forms are enclosed herewith.
