A winding up application filed by Singapore-based multinational bank DBS Bank Ltd against Ship Care Marine and Logistics Pte Ltd on 2 July 2020 is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at the High Court in Singapore at 10am on Friday (24 July).

Any creditor or contributory of the company desiring to support or oppose the making of an order on the winding up application may appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose,.

“Any person who intends to appear on the hearing of the winding up application must serve on or send by post to the the Plaintiff’s solicitors Messrs Kelvin Chia Partnership of 6 Temasek Boulevard, 29th Floor, Suntec Tower Four, Singapore 038986, a notice in writing of his intention to do so,” read the notice.

“The notice must state the name and address of the person, or, if a firm, the name and address of the firm, and must be signed by the person, firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served, or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to reach the above named not later than 12 o’clock noon on 23 July.”

The final meeting for Tiger LNG Shipping Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 29 June, according to the company’s liquidators on a notice posted on Friday (29 May) on the Government Gazette.

The meetings will be held at 10.30am at 190 Middle Road #17-05 Fortune Centre Singapore 188979. 

The meeting is being held for the purpose of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidator.
