Global Energy Trading takes Bunker House Petroleum to court over alleged debt

Seeks USD 3.9 million from company and two individuals over bunker products supplied in or around December 2018 and January 2019, according to court documents.
Singapore bunker supplier Global Energy Trading Pte Ltd has initiated a lawsuit against local oil company Bunker House Petroleum Pte Ltd and two individuals over an alleged debt of USD 3.9 million (exact: USD 3,922,368.65) at the High Court of the Republic of Singapore on 8 August, 2019.
The ongoing suit is over the supply of marine fuel oil, marine diesel oil, and marine gas oil from Global Energy Trading to Bunker House Petroleum in or around December 2018 and January 2019, showed documents obtained by Manifold Times.
The two individuals, both related to Bunker House Petroleum, were involved as guarantors of the debt.
