Two Singapore directors fined SGD 3.3 mil each for evading tax on Malaysia diesel imports
Chua E Hong and Ng Leok Kwee were fined by the State Courts for their involvement in a scheme to import more than 4.5 million litres ADO from Malaysia into Singapore without the required declarations.
