A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Monday (22 March) regarding the restructuring of Xihe Holdings Pte Ltd subsidiary Xin Bo Shipping Pte Ltd.
According to the notice, Seshadri Rajagopalan and Paresh Tribhovan Jotangia of Grant Thornton Singapore Private Limited, have been appointed as joint judicial managers of the company.
The appointment was made through a resolution passed during a creditors meeting held on Friday, 19 March.
