Global energy management company World Fuel Services (WFS) on Wednesday (14 December) said its subsidiary Gib Oil Ltd delivered a renewable diesel blend to Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd’s Seven Seas Splendor, the newest ship at its Regent Seven Seas Cruises brand.
The delivery of bunker fuel was conducted in the port of Gibraltar in collaboration with marine biofuel supply company GoodFuels.
“This collaborative effort marks another milestone for World Fuel Services’ sustainability solutions, which helps global customers reduce their carbon footprint by expanding and developing sustainable fuel solutions for the maritime industry,” WFS said in a social media post.
