Shipping company Wallenius Lines Singapore Pte Ltd has applied to wind up through voluntary liquidation, according to the Government Gazette on Friday (26 June).
Creditors of the company should file their proof of debt with the Liquidator who will be administering all affairs of the company by 27 July, said the public notice.
All debts due to the company should be also forwarded to the Liquidator.
