Coast Guard discovered the ship at 5am displaying several suspicious signs and ordered the fishing vessel to stop for administrative inspections and found the illegal cargo.

Initial investigation found the ship, which had four crew members on board, to be transporting more than 75,000 litres of diesel oil with no documents proving its legal origin.
