A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Friday (19 March) regarding the winding up of Veritaoil Pte Ltd.
According to the notice, a creditors’ meeting will be held by way of video conferencing via Zoom at 3.00 pm on Wednesday, 31 March for the following purposes:
Creditors may attend the Zoom meeting by submitting a General or Special Proxy form and include the details of one attendee through email to: farooq.mann@mann.com.sg not later than 3.00 pm on Tuesday, 30 March 2021.
Further video conferencing details will be circulated to creditors shortly after receipt of the above details and confirmation, provided that the details and confirmation are provided in a form that is satisfactory.
For creditors to be entitled to nominate and vote at the meeting, creditors are required to lodge their Proof of Debt (VWU-11) to Veritaoil’s solicitors not later than 3.00 p.m. on 29 March 2021.
