Xin Kang Shipping (Pte) Ltd, a subsidiary of Xihe Holdings, will be wound up voluntarily, according to a Friday (4 February) notice published on the Government Gazette by liquidators Grant Thornton Singapore Private Limited.
The registered office of Xin Kang Shipping be now changed to the following address with immediate effect:

Creditors of the company are required to send in their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator on or before 3 March 2022.
