Singapore: Winding up order issued against Joint Rainbow Shipping Pte Ltd

A winding up order was issued to Joint Rainbow Shipping Pte Ltd on 14 November, according to a Monday (24 November) notice on the Government Gazette.
The winding up application was filed by a creditor, British Virgin Islands-registered company Golden Safe Shipping Co Ltd, on 22 October. The company’s solicitor was DennisMathiew, which signed the notice.
The winding up order notice also included the following names and address of the liquidators:
Abuthahir s/o Abdul Gafoor (NRIC NO. S1676216D) and Yessica Budiman (NRIC NO. S8679904I) of AAG Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd, 11 Collyer Quay, #07-02, The Arcade, Singapore 049317
All creditors of the abovenamed company should file their proof of debt with the liquidator who will be administering all affairs of the company.
