Singapore: Notices of intended dividend issued for Pacific Ship Management and related firms

Creditors of the companies will have to submit proof of debt to the liquidator of Pacific Ship Management Pte Ltd, Pacific Energy 8 Pte Ltd and Pacific Energy 168 Pte Ltd by 17 October.
Notices to declare intended dividend of Pacific Ship Management Pte Ltd, Pacific Energy 8 Pte Ltd and Pacific Energy 168 Pte Ltd to their creditors have been posted on the Government Gazette on Friday (3 October).
According to the notices, the last day for creditors of the companies to submit proof of debt to the liquidators is on 17 October.
