An annual meeting for Singapore-based East Marine Pte Ltd will be held on 20 August, according to a notice on the Government Gazette on Monday (12 August).
The annual meeting of the company and its creditors will be held at 8 Wilkie Road, #03-08 Wilkie Edge, Singapore 228095 via audio-visual conference.
The meeting will be held for purposes of having an account laid before the meeting showing the acts and dealings of the liquidators and the conduct of the winding up in the preceding year.
Manifold Times previously reported that East Marine would voluntarily wind up following an Extraordinary General Meeting.
