Liquidators issued a notice of intended dividend for defunct bunker barge operator Millennium Oil Pte. Ltd. [UEN 200821184Z] on Monday (30 December), according to the Government Gazette.

Stakeholders are requested to send their material to the following before the deadline of 13 January 2025:

Name of Liquidators: Leow Quek Shiong, Gary Loh Weng, Fatt Seah Roh Lin
Address of Liquidators: c/o BDO Advisory Pte. Ltd., 600 North Bridge Road, #23-01 Parkview Square, Singapore 188778

Background:

Toyota Tsusho Petroleum Pte Ltd, previously a licensed bunker supplier operating at the Port of Singapore, obtained a winding up order against Millennium Oil from the High Court of Singapore on 16 November 2023.

Toyota Tsusho Petroleum, which has ceased operations, dropped Millennium Oil as its main barge operator in early January 2022.
