The General Division of the High Court of Singapore on 4 July issued a winding up order against An Rong Shipping Pte. Ltd (UEN No. 201605257R), according to a Friday (8 July) notice on the Government Gazette.
“All creditors of the abovenamed company should file their proof of debt with the Liquidator who will be administering all affairs of the company.,” stated the notice.
All debts due to the abovenamed company should be forwarded to the liquidators.
The name and address of the case’s liquidator are: Yit Chee Wah c/o FTI Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd, 1 Raffles Quay, #27-10, Singapore 048583.
