An extraordinary general meeting to pass several resolutions for Global Car Carriers Holdings. (registration no. 201908410W) was held on Thursday (22 September), according to a 27 September notice posted on the Government Gazette.
The following Members’ Resolutions in Writing were duly passed:
AS SPECIAL RESOLUTIONS
(a) That the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 160(1)(b) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018).
(b) That the Liquidators be and are hereby authorised to exercise any of the powers provided by Sections 144(1)(b), (c), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (Act 40 of 2018). (c) That the Liquidators be and are hereby authorised to distribute to the members of the Company in cash or in specie the surplus assets of the Company as the Liquidators may determine.
AS ORDINARY RESOLUTION
(a) That Messrs Mick Aw and Bernard Juay are hereby appointed as the joint and several liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.
