The first meeting for creditors of Nereus Marine Services Pte Ltd has been scheduled to take place on 11 December, according to a Government Gazette notice on Thursday (27 November).

The meeting will be held at 3pm via video-conferencing using Microsoft Teams. The link and password for the meeting will be sent to creditors by email or post nearer the date of meeting.

The following is the agenda for the meeting:

To provide an update on the status of the liquidation;
To consider and if thought fit, to appoint a Committee of Inspection; and
To consider any other matters which may properly be brought before the meeting.
