The final meetings of independent oil exploration firm Krisenergy Pte Ltd, Krisenergy Marine Pte Ltd, Lulele Learning Space Pte Ltd and Pacific Coffee Company (s) Pte Ltd have been arranged by their liquidators, states a Friday (12 August) notice posted on the Government Gazette.

The meetings will be held for the purposes of having accounts laid before the meetings showing the manner in which the winding-ups have been conducted and the properties of the Companies have been disposed of and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidators.
