The final meetings of Da Ning Marine Pte. Ltd. and Tong Ning Marine Pte. Ltd. have been scheduled to take place on 21 March 2023, according to the companies’ liquidator on a notice posted on Friday (17 February) on the Government Gazette.
The meeting will be held by way of electronic means at 10am (Da Ning Marine) and 10.30am (Tong Ning Marine) for the purpose of having an account laid before the members and creditors showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by liquidators.

Manifold Times previously reported that the companies would be wound up voluntarily and Mr. Lin Yueh Hung and Ms. Oon Su Sun were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the companies for the winding up process.
