The final meeting of Kreuz Subsea Marine Pte. Ltd. has been arranged by its liquidators, states a Wednesday (7 September) notice posted on the Government Gazette.
The meeting for creditors of the company will be held by way of electronic means on 6 October 2022 at 11.00 am.
The meeting will be held for the purposes of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and hearing any explanations that may be given by the liquidators.
