Singapore-based Dewi Sri Maritime Pte Ltd and its related companies will voluntarily wind up following Extraordinary General Meetings held by electronic means on 27 February, according to a Government Gazette notice published on Monday (18 March).

The other companies are Rasawulan Maritime Pte Ltd and Gandari Navigation Pte Ltd.

According to Companies.sg, Dewi Sri Maritime principal activity is shipping including chartering of ships and boats with crew.

The following Special Resolution was duly passed:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jason Aleksander Kardachi care of Kroll Pte. Limited at 10 Collyer Quay, #05-04/05 Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore (049315) be appointed as Liquidator of the Company to act for the purpose of such winding-up the affairs of the Company.

The creditors’ meeting of An Zhong Shipping Pte. Ltd, has been organised by the liquidator of the company, states a Thursday (19 September) notice posted on the Government Gazette.

The meeting for creditors of the company will be held at 144 Robinson Road, #14-02 Robinson Square, Singapore 068908, on 4 October at 10.30 am.

The purposes of the meeting are:

receiving a statement of the Company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amounts of their claims;
appointing Liquidator(s);
appointing a committee of inspection of not more than 5 members, if thought fit;
any other business.
