Dewi Sri Maritime, Rasawulan Maritime and Gandari Navigation will be voluntarily wind up following Extraordinary General Meetings held by electronic means on 27 February.
Singapore-based Dewi Sri Maritime Pte Ltd and its related companies will voluntarily wind up following Extraordinary General Meetings held by electronic means on 27 February, according to a Government Gazette notice published on Monday (18 March).
The other companies are Rasawulan Maritime Pte Ltd and Gandari Navigation Pte Ltd.
According to Companies.sg, Dewi Sri Maritime principal activity is shipping including chartering of ships and boats with crew.
The following Special Resolution was duly passed:
- That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jason Aleksander Kardachi care of Kroll Pte. Limited at 10 Collyer Quay, #05-04/05 Ocean Financial Centre, Singapore (049315) be appointed as Liquidator of the Company to act for the purpose of such winding-up the affairs of the Company.
