Singapore: Creditors’ meeting scheduled for Star Formula Marine Services

The creditors’ meeting of Star Formula Marine Services Pte. Ltd. is scheduled to take place via electronic means on 12 August, according to a Friday (29 July) notice on the Government Gazette.

The agenda of the meeting, to be held through video conferencing via Zoom, for creditors at 10.00 am is:

  1. To provide an update on the status of the liquidation;
  2. That pursuant to Section 169(1) of the Act, to consider and if thought fit, appoint a Committee of Inspection for the purpose of such winding up;
  3. To consider any other matters which may be brought before the meeting.

Attendance by video conference

  1. In compliance with the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act 2020 and the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Alternate Arrangements for Meetings) (Corporate Insolvency) Order 2020, creditors may attend the above meeting by way of video conference via Zoom by submitting a General or Special Proxy form and including the details of one attendee to us by way of email to: [email protected]/ [email protected] not later than 10.00 am on 11 August 2022. Further video conferencing details will be circulated to you shortly after receipt of the above details and confirmation, provided that the details and confirmation are provided in a form that is satisfactory.
  2. To entitle creditors to nominate and vote thereat, creditors of the abovenamed company are required to lodge their Proof of Debts Form (CWU-1) via mail at the office of M/s Mann & Associates PAC of 3 Shenton Way, #03-06C Shenton House Singapore 068805 or via email to : [email protected]/ [email protected] not later than 10.00 am on 10 August 2022.
