Singapore: Creditors’ final meeting scheduled for ROSV Marine Pte. Ltd

The final meeting of ROSV Marine Pte. Ltd. has been organised by its liquidators, states a Friday (20 May) notice posted on the Government Gazette.
The meeting for the creditors of the company will be held on 21 June 2022 at 11.00 am at 238A Thomson Road #25-07/08 Novena Square Tower A, Singapore 307684.
The liquidators stated the meeting is to be held for the purposes of having an account laid before the meeting showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the liquidators.
