Crowe Horwath First Trust Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. appointed as liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company, according to the Government Gazette.
An extraordinary general meeting to pass several resolutions for Brilliant Star Shipping Pte. Ltd. (registration no. 201310212R) was held on Wednesday (1 June), according to a Monday (6 June) notice posted on the Government Gazette.
The following were the resolutions duly passed:
SPECIAL RESOLUTION
RESOLVED that the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to Section 160(1)(b) of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018.
ORDINARY RESOLUTION
RESOLVED that Ms Cheng Sam Tai Catherine of Messrs Crowe Horwath First Trust Corporate Advisory Pte. Ltd. be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purpose of such winding up.
