Singapore: Annual general meetings set for Nan Hai Maritime and related companies

Meetings will be held between 23 and 30 July for Nan Hai Maritime, Nan Sia Maritime and Xin Ya Shipping & Trading to receive an update on firms’ liquidation.

Notices were published on the Government Gazette on Tuesday (2 July) regarding scheduled annual meetings for Nan Hai Maritime Pte Ltd, Nan Sia Maritime Pte Ltd and Xin Ya Shipping & Trading Pte Ltd. 

Annual general meetings for Nan Hai Maritime are to be held on 23 July at the following times:

For the company: 10.00am
For the creditors: 11.00am

Annual general meeting for Nan Sia Maritime are to be held on 24 July at the following times:

For the company: 2.00pm
For the creditors: 3.00pm

Annual general meetings for Xin Ya Shipping & Trading are to be held on 30 July at the following times:

For the company: 2.00 pm
For the creditors: 3.00 pm 

AGENDA

  1. To receive an update on the liquidation.
  2. To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up.
