Singapore: Annual general meetings scheduled for Nan King Maritime, Dong Nan Tankers

Annual general meeting of the company and creditors for Dong Nan Tanker is to be held at 10am while the meeting for Nan King Maritime is to be held at 11am on 9 December.
Several notices were published on the Government Gazette on Tuesday (25 November) regarding the annual general meetings of the company and creditors to be held electronically on 9 December for Nan King Maritime Pte Ltd and Dong Nan Tankers Pte Ltd.
The annual general meeting for Dong Nan Tanker is to be held at 10am while the meeting for Nan King Maritime is to be held at 11am.
The agenda for all the meetings are:
- To receive an update on the liquidation.
- To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up.
