Singapore: Annual general meeting scheduled for Da An Shipping

Copies of the notice of the meeting on 12 January 2023 have been circulated to the contributories of the Company by post and/ or email, according to recent Government Gazette notice.

An annual general meeting for Da An Shipping Pte Ltd will be held on 12 January 2023, according to a notice on the Government Gazette on Wednesday (28 December). 

The meeting will be held by electronic means at 2pm for the following purposes:

  1. To receive an update on the liquidation.
  2. To receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up for the period 21 October 2021 to 20 October 2022.

A copy of the notice of the meeting of the Company on the aforementioned date and time has been circulated to the contributories of the Company by post and/or email. Any contributories of the Company who have not received the notice by this date is invited to contact the Liquidators’ representatives, Ms. Gwee Hui Fang ([email protected]) and Ms. Ashley Shanti ([email protected]) , where upon satisfactory verification, a copy of the notice will be provided.
