Singapore: Additional Xihe Holdings subsidiaries to be placed under judicial management

Several notices were published in the Government Gazette on Tuesday (1 December) regarding a notice of appointment of interim judicial managers from Grant Thorton for certain Xihe Holdings Pte Ltd subsidiaries.
The subsidiary companies mentioned in the notice include:

- Da Zhong Tankers Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 199003656H)
- Da Fa Shipping Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 198400892E)
- Dong Jiang Tankers Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 199003655W)
- Dong Nan Tankers Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 198400896H)
- Dong Sheng Tankers Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 199003654G)
- Dong Ya Tankers Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 198400897Z)
- Xi An Shipping Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 199003661G)
- Xin Chun Shipping Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 199003659C)
- Xin Kang Shipping Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 199003653R)
- Xin Ying Shipping Pte Ltd (UEN NO. 198400893R)

According to the notices signed by Gavin Mark McIntyre, the Director of the above named companies, Seshadri Rajagopalan and Paresh Jotangia will be appointed the joint judicial managers.
