An extraordinary general meeting to pass several resolutions for Rams Challenge Carrier Pte. Ltd. and related companies was held on Friday (16 December), according to a notice released on 23 December posted on the Government Gazette.
The other companies are Rams Venture Pte. Ltd. and United (Kamsarmax) Pte. Ltd.
The following resolutions were resolved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the above companies which was held by electronic means:

Another notice said creditors of the three companies are required on or before 23 January 2023 to send in their names and addresses and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to the Liquidator of the said companies.
If so required by notice in writing by the said Liquidator are, by their solicitors or personally, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
