The joint and several liquidators for Xin Kang Shipping (Pte) Ltd and An Guang Shipping Pte. Ltd. will be holding annual general meetings for the firms on 1 March and 2 March 2023 respectively, according to separate posts on the Government Gazette.
The agenda of the meeting will be for creditors to receive an update on the liquidation of the firms, and to receive an account of the liquidators’ acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding up for the period between January 2022 to January 2023.
