Creditors are to produce proofs of debt to Semua Ship Agency and Supplies Private Limited’s liquidator Acutus Advisory Pte. Ltd by 6 June 2022, says Government Gazette.
Liquidators of Semua Ship Agency and Supplies Private Limited on Monday (23 May) have issued a notice of intended dividend on the Government Gazette.
The liquidators listed on the notice were Lim Soh Yen and Lynn Ong Bee Ling of Acutus Advisory Pte. Ltd.
Creditors are to produce proofs of debt to the liquidator by 6 June 2022.
