Judicial Managers of Inter Pacific Petroleum file for winding up order

A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Thursday (11 March) regarding the winding up of former Singapore bunker supplier and bunker craft operator Inter-Pacific Petroleum Pte Ltd.

According to the notice, the winding up application was filed by the company’s Judicial Managers on 24 February, 2021 and a hearing has been scheduled for 10.00 am, Thursday, 25 March 2021 at the Singapore High Court. 

Any creditor who intends to appear on the hearing of the winding up application must serve on or send by post to Inter Pacific’s solicitors, notice in writing of his intention to do so.

The notice must state the name and address of the person, or, if a firm, the name and address of the firm, and must be signed by the person, firm, or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be delivered in sufficient time to reach Inter Pacific’s solicitors not later than 12:00 pm of Friday, 19 March 2021 (3 clear working days before the day appointed for the hearing of the winding up application).
