A notice was published in the Government Gazette on Monday (5 April) regarding the application to wind up of former Singapore bunker supplier and bunker craft operator Inter-Pacific Petroleum Pte Ltd.
According to the notice, a hearing for the application was held on 25 March at the High Court of Singapore and has since been approved.
As such, all creditors of the Inter-Pacific Petroleum should file their proof of debt with the appointed Liquidators who will be administering all affairs of the company. A deadline has not been specified.
All debts due to the company should also be forwarded to the Liquidators.
